The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality operations across both Hong Kong headquarters and the Dongguan manufacturing site. This leadership role is critical to maintaining product excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO and customer‑specific standards. Conduct internal audits, supplier assessments, and support customer quality evaluations. Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product reliability and process integrity. Monitor quality KPIs and implement improvement initiatives. Provide training and mentorship to quality personnel. Represent the organization in quality‑related discussions with clients and regulatory bodies. Travel regularly to Dongguan to supervise on‑site quality operations and ensure alignment with headquarters. Ideal Candidates Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within electronics manufacturing or similar industries. Proven leadership experience managing cross‑site quality teams. Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant standards is an advantage. Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Six Sigma. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
