Senior Electronic Engineer (30K-40K X 13) – Innovative electrical appliance manufacturer (Shenzhen/Kowloon Bay) JPC Texson Ltd, established in 1990, is a licensed Employment Consulting firm headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. We specialise in the R&D and production of three main categories: innovative small household and kitchen appliances, personal care appliances, and battery chargers. Our production facility is located in Shenzhen and we primarily serve export markets in the United States and the European Union. Role Overview This full‑time position is ideal for a seasoned engineer who will lead and contribute to the development of advanced electronic products. The role involves hands‑on design, project management and cross‑functional coordination, with regular presence at our Shenzhen factory. Responsibilities Report to the Electronic Engineering Manager Lead and manage all milestones in project development, including design requirements, feasibility studies, component specifications, prototyping, verification testing, product evaluation, approval and mass production Design, develop and test complex electronic circuits and systems for electrical appliances Translate product requirements into detailed design specifications Optimize product performance, reliability and cost‑effectiveness Document design processes and maintain accurate technical records Supervise and guide a team of electronic engineers in China Provide technical support to production and quality assurance teams Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product innovation Work Arrangement Monday to Friday: work at Shenzhen factory; daily company shuttle bus provided between LoWu & factory Saturday: work at Hong Kong office with alternate Saturdays off Ideal Candidates Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with exposure to project management, preferably in electrical household appliance manufacturing At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in hardware design; experience in software programming is an advantage Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative mindset Proficient in electronic design automation (EDA) tools and programming languages Solid knowledge of product safety approvals and circuit design in one or more of the following areas: power electronics, AC/DC motor control, mode power supply, triac control, and SMPS Excellent communication and collaboration skills Thorough understanding of electronics, microcontrollers, and embedded systems Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices What We Offer 13‑month salary plus discretionary bonus Alternate Saturdays off Friendly and supportive work culture Financially stable company providing long‑term job security Exposure to international markets and ODM/OEM projects Stable career path with long‑term development opportunities TO APPLY For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected and submit to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only.
