Junior/Senior Digital Project Executive (CRM/CDP/Web) (more than 1 post) Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a Digital Project Executive(CRM/CDP/Web) you will: Work with all other colleagues as ONE team Handle client's enquiries, build relationship and convert every opportunity into sales Drive digital transformation in marketing/business operation Analyse users’ requirements and translate users’ ideas and cases into functional specification Ensure to deliver consultation and best practices to users Identify bottlenecks, then design, devise and implement digital solutions Learn different products and get the relevant certifications Key Responsibilities Perform the role as Project Management Executive to drive digital transformation projects, including Website, System, CRM, CDP, Analytics tools and other innovative systems To work and communicate with business, marketing and operation stakeholders to analyse business problems and opportunities and document users’ requirements Review IT development documents to ensure alignment of understanding between end users and IT team Conduct user acceptance test including test plan, test case preparation/creation and execution Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users Drive business implementation Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks when needed What we look for in a candidate? 1 – 3 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis will be an advantage Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines Able to communicate well and concisely with end users and IT team Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage Detail‑minded, multi‑tasking, strong sense of ownership, and able to learn independently Experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Digital Project Executive What do we offer?
