Work closely with UX Designers and Technical Teams to manage the full lifecycle—from Wireframe & UI Design to Technical Development, UAT, and Launch. Assist in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and Social Mediaintegration, ensuring projects are optimized for traffic and engagement. Provide consultation and recommendations for clients on different digital solutions, including CRM, Loyalty Programs, and Marketing Automation. Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to understand user behavior and suggest optimizations for client campaigns. Serve as the key contact person between clients, multi-function teams, and internal counterparts; manage client pitching, quotations, resource planning, and cost control. Desired Skills & Experience Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related discipline; A minimum of 2 years of experience in account servicing or project management, preferably within a Digital / SaaS / IT agency environment. Project Management Experience for Website / Mobile App Projects; Solid understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO/SEM, Social Media (Facebook Pixel/API), and Google Analytics 4.
