Associate/Vice President/Senior Vice President - Human Resources Handle monthly payroll activities and liaise with external parties, such as the Inland Revenue Department, regarding tax-related issues. Coordinate with external parties for staff benefit administration, including Group Insurance and MPF. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Manage visa applications for new employees and handle renewals as necessary. Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for management decision-making. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, including payroll, leave records, attendance, and staff movements. Organize and manage staff activities, including company volunteer work for ESG initiatives, service award ceremonies, and facilitating new staff orientation. Provide general administrative and operational support to management and HR manager. Participate in HRIS enhancement projects, as well as performing UAT. Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required. Requirements Degree in Management, Commerce, or Business, preferably major in Human Resources Management. Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations. Minimum 5 years of HR-related experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Services industry. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and self-motivation. Have good oral and written skills in Chinese and English, especially proficient in Mandarin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
