Assistant Manufacturing Manager

HRBP | FMCG | Talent Acquisition | Business Transformation | Sales and Marketing | Supply Chain | Organizational Development | Employer Branding Key Responsibilities Production Line Management: Assist in the daily management and supervision of Production Lines. Monitoring the team in achieving safe workplace and GMP conditions. Governance the quality status in the production process, ensure that the production process is smoot and meet the KORE/ISO/Nestle/NSF/company requirement on environmental as well. Manage the new projects, new products & new materials’ trial. Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency for their areas. Partner with Continuous Improvement Manager to use CI tools to lead and mentor teams in advanced Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving to eliminate waste and maximize yield. Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: Lead formal investigations for all safety incidents (accidents, near-misses) and quality complaints within your area. Utilize advanced root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies to identify systemic failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. People Development & Mentorship: Act as a direct coach and mentor for the team and other frontline leads. Develop their technical and leadership capabilities to build a strong talent pipeline. Maintain discipline in workplace and ensure company objectives are conveyed to staff members. Strategic Projects: Lead or play a key role in major initiatives, including Safety and CI, large-scale capital projects, and validation of production processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and DNOP team to address systemic issues and implement long-term, sustainable solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in food science, supply chain, operation, manufacturing, quality, engineering or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with some exposure to a lead or supervisory role preferred. Strong communication and supervisory skills Strong leadership, analytical mind, planning, organization, and troubleshooting skill With HACCP / GMP / ISO 9000 / ISO14000 certifications will be good advantage Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written Knowledge of SAP and familiar with MS Office is a plus Please apply with full resume, current and expected salary and availability by clicking Apply .
