Manufacturing Manager / Operations Manager To assist Chief Executive Officer to provide day-to-day operations & production planning and control to meet order requirement. To develop technical competence for the Company. To oversee production, material planning, warehousing & logistics functions. Key Responsibilities Production Planning and Control Process Improvement Facility Management Warehousing and Logistics Management Management Reports Quality Management System (QMS) Other duties as assigned by the CEO Qualification and Requirements Degree Holder in Engineering or related disciplines 10 years or above relevant experience Hands on experience in production planning and control, facility, warehousing and logistics management Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in production management software and tools, e.g. root cause analysis tools, QIP, FMEA, or TQM, etc. Well versed in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma methodologies is a plus (Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower-level position.)
