Senior Manager/ Manager, Underwriting

We’re seeking a proactive and service-oriented professional to support our Sales Channels with expert underwriting guidance, training delivery, and seamless communication to drive business success. Position Responsibilities Respond to daily inquiries from Sales Channels promptly and effectively. Support Sales Channels to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Provide support for complex medical underwriting cases within delegated authority. Design and deliver customized training programs for distribution channels, emphasizing risk assessment and underwriting expertise. Organize and lead focused sessions for the H&P Ambassador Program and digital tool utilization. Act as the primary liaison for the agency channel, providing expert guidance on underwriting-related matters. Maintain consistent and impactful communication with distribution channels to address their evolving needs. Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate support that fosters channel development. Prioritize and manage multiple requests from distribution channels while upholding exceptional service standards. Required Qualifications Degree or equivalent business qualifications LOMA qualification preferred Proven experience in distribution channel support or a related field. Strong understanding of risk assessment and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
