Wealth Management (Relationship Management), Executive Officer Job Responsibilities: Serve as the Executive Officer (EO) overseeing SFC Type 9 regulated activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Develop investment decision‑making, risk control, customer due diligence, KYC/AML, and back‑office processes for trade execution, portfolio management, and compliance Lead client relationship management in discretionary service, and drive business development efforts, including client acquisition, retention, and market expansion Supervise daily operations and activities of the relationship management team under the Type 9 regulated activity Prospect and onboard potential high net worth clients, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and ensure seamless transition to the account management team Define strategic priorities for client engagement, execute initiatives to strengthen relationships, and oversee broader research/evaluation needs of clients Design and deliver training programs for front‑office personnel, enhancing knowledge and skills to support business and compliance objectives Collaborate with department heads to execute strategic projects and contribute to the development and enhancement of the firm’s platform and offerings Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies Job Requirements: Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business or relevant disciplines preferred At least 5 years’ Relationship Manager or Investment Advisor experience in private banking or high net worth clients’ sector Preferably from a bank, securities firm, asset management firm, or fund house Knowledge of private banking, discretionary service and treasury services, good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of financial markets, investment and insurance products Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team within a fast‑paced environment Existing Type 9 license holder preferred, currently serving as a Executive Officer (EO) or Responsible Officer (RO) is advantageous Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance Location: Eastern District, Hong Kong SAR #J-18808-Ljbffr
