AI Solutions Engineer / Integration Lead NV5 Limited Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level digital transformation and hold a Master’s degree (in any discipline) , with a proven track record of leading and delivering 20+ projects across process re‑engineering, automation, process mining and optimization, and data/BI operations. Strong capability in technical integration and execution excellence is essential. The role also requires solid Innovation & Technology (I&T) expertise—including data engineering, data analytics, AI/ML, and large language models—to enhance operational efficiency and uncover new insights from enterprise data. 1. End-to-End AI/ML Project Management Capability Proficient in managing the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects—from requirements analysis, solution design, model development, deployment, to performance tracking and iterative optimization. Skilled in leveraging AI, big data analytics, and machine learning techniques to uncover values in enterprise data, optimise business processes, enhance management efficiency, and drive automation and digitalisation initiatives, including practical application of I&T capabilities such as data engineering, data analytics, and AI‑powered solutions. 2. Advanced Process Mining & Business Process Insight Mastery of process mining technologies , capable of leading full‑cycle initiatives: process discovery, conformance checking, anomaly detection, root‑cause diagnosis, and bottleneck optimisation. Practical project experience applying process mining in industries such as finance, retail, or manufacturing , transforming process insights into technical, managerial, and operational improvement recommendations. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Celonis process mining, AI , UiPath, or equivalent) are highly preferred. Proven experience in delivering end‑to‑end data analytics and BI platform initiatives , from business requirements definition, data modelling, ETL design, to BI dashboard/visualisation implementation. Strong technical capability in SQL, data modelling, statistical methods, feature engineering , and BI dashboard development (e.g., DataEase, Power BI ). Ability to work with complex enterprise datasets, big data, ensuring data quality, governance alignment, and analytical robustness. 4. Enterprise Automation & Digital Process Excellence Hands‑on experience in designing and implementing enterprise‑level digital process automation , including process automation, intelligent document processing, or AI‑driven process orchestration. Capable of designing automation solution architectures , developing automation scripts/bots, and driving production‑level deployment in alignment with enterprise governance and IT controls. Possession of technical certifications (e.g., UiPath Developer / Solution Designer , Blue Prism Developer , or similar) is an advantage. 5. Innovation & Technology (I&T) and Data Engineering Strong knowledge of data engineering , including data pipelines, data lakes, data quality frameworks. Ability to integrate AI/ML, big data analytics, and automation technologies into enterprise processes and operations to improve process efficiency, service delivery, and data‑driven decision‑making. Experience driving innovative solutions and transforming business operation models is preferred. 6. Leadership, Ownership, and Continuous Learning Actively tracks emerging technologies in AI, big data, and business process innovation, continuously expanding professional depth and breadth. Demonstrates strong independent problem‑solving ability, driving complex projects from concept to deployment with ownership, urgency, and high‑quality execution.
