Legal Secretary (Title: Practice Support Administrator)
About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and diligent Practice Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at Norton Rose Fulbright Hong Kong in Central. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of lawyers, including but not limited to, documentation, providing admin support, managing diaries, arranging meetings and travel, and processing expenses
Maintaining meticulous filing systems and document management, both physical and electronic
Assisting with the preparation of client presentations, reports and other documents
Coordinating team events and contributing to a positive work environment
Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the smooth running of the practice
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a legal or professional services administrative support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and at a fast pace
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
