Bloomberg Vault is a secure, hosted compliance solution that enables governance of communication data‑based information across a number of channels and voice as well as, trade reconstruction across the enterprise. It consolidates compliance, legal and data management processes into an integrated, real‑time system to help regulated firms succeed in a transformed environment. Bloomberg's Regulatory Reporting Hub, RHUB, is a leading trade and transaction reporting solution that offers integrated, end‑to‑end reporting across a wide range of regulatory regimes, including MiFID II, SFTR, EMIR, CFTC, CSA, MAS, HKTR & ASIC. Its capabilities include a sophisticated rules engine that enriches reports with the appropriate static and Bloomberg security data, pre‑validates reports and helps prevent over/under reporting. RHUB clients benefit from a seamless integration approach that supports connectivity to all leading reporting destinations, including ARMs, trade repositories and regulators. What’s The Role? As the BVAULT and RHUB Enterprise Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and leading a team of Account Managers and Sales Representatives, focused on the adoption and expansion of VAULT and RHUB services across the region. The team are focused on building deep, value‑driven relationships with clients as well as new business development. You will be leading a successful and entrepreneurial team and will play an integral part in our sales process to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of experienced Sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service Develop the account and relationship management strategy to drive user adoption and generate new business Drive VAULT and RHUB sales by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and building pipeline Communicate regional APAC vision to the broader global team Spearhead best‑in‑class training for users of the VAULT & RHUB suite of products Assist the Implementations team in onboarding new customers Employ a consultative approach to product set up and configuration based on clients' business and compliance objectives Establish and maintain customer relationships and generate positive feedback including customer references and high levels of satisfaction Facilitate client‑specific and departmental projects Demonstrate your passion for technology and ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment to deliver client‑focused solutions Required Qualifications At least 5 years experience in a people‑leadership role; managing revenue‑generating teams Demonstrable experience of the compliance and regulatory landscape in Asia, gained from working in either a financial software vendor, buy or sell‑side organization Work experience demonstrating deep understanding of the trading lifecycles across a number of asset classes, from execution to booking and post‑trade processes Proven consultative sales skills, including competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting, business development, and closing sales Proven ability to manage complex sales engagements Experience in building and maintaining client relationships both externally and internally A strong desire to lead and mentor people in Sales Exemplary presentation, training, and communication skills in English Preferred Skills Business level proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese or Cantonese language Knowledge of global communication record‑keeping requirements as well as market abuse regulations If this sounds like you: Apply if you think we're a good match.
