Responsibilities Assist in formulating the company's development strategy, decomposing strategic objectives into assessable tasks for implementation and execution; prepare rolling strategic adjustment reports as required. Support the development of annual business plans and mid-term budget adjustments; compile monthly and quarterly corporate operation analysis reports in accordance with company requirements and organize relevant meetings. Conduct specialized research on key strategic topics related to the company's development. Maintain communication with the parent company and relevant departments, advance specific tasks related to equity, synergy, capital management and other functional projects, and provide the required materials. Assist in conducting performance evaluations for the company and its business units. Prepare meeting materials and compile all inputs into final documents. Complete other assignments as assigned by management. Requirements Demonstrate strong professionalism, align with the company’s culture and values, and uphold high ethical standards. Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, management, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in financial and securities industry research work, prior experience in strategic or operational management at a mid-to-large-sized brokerage is highly desirable. Strong analytical and research skills, logical thinking, and sound judgment; quick learner with excellent communication and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects.
