Responsibilities Manages daily investment management activities for ETFs, leverage and inverse products across multiple markets and asset classes, to ensure alignment with investment objectives. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to handle the full product flow cycle, including creation/redemption processing, PCF and iNAV validations, FX/cash management, trade execution, index rebalancing, corporate actions, and portfolio risk monitoring. Enhances investment management process via system solutions and AI tools. Builds bespoke solutions for monitoring and analysis while improving reliability and scalability. Develops tools and dashboards for monitoring fund performance, attributions and risk metrics, and communicates strategies and performance to clients. Conducts market research, backtesting on investment strategies for idea generation and validations. Responds to client queries and supports new product launches and AUM growth initiatives through cross-team collaboration. Participates in projects of the company and completes ad hoc work assigned by department head. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; CFA, FRM, or equivalent preferred. 3-5 years in ETF portfolio management, investment operations, or similar roles at asset management, ETF issuers, or fund custodians. Strong knowledge of ETF ecosystems (Hong Kong, Mainland China onshore, global), index investing, portfolio management, and financial markets. Hands-on programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or VBA required; familiar with portfolio management systems and data vendors (e.g. Bloomberg, Wind, Markit IHS) will be beneficial. Detail-oriented with ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments; team player capable of multitasking, problem-solving and escalation discipline.
