Obita is a fast‑growing cross‑border payments and fintech company. We are expanding our Hong Kong presence and are looking for an experienced HR & Admin professional who can fully own HR operations, office administration, and visa/employment compliance for the Hong Kong office. This is a hands‑on and independent role where you will collaborate closely with the regional HR function and senior management. Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance Take full ownership of end‑to‑end HR operations for the HK office Ensure HR practices comply with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations Manage contracts, probation, renewals, HR documentation and employee lifecycle Support payroll data preparation, leave, attendance and MPF requirements Maintain employee records and handle employee queries on HR policies Manage Hong Kong work visa applications and renewals independently Coordinate documentation and compliance with Immigration Department requirements Keep accurate visa and onboarding records for employees relocating to Hong Kong Talent Acquisition & HR Process Coordinate recruitment workflows including sourcing, interview scheduling and hiring admin Support onboarding/offboarding experience and HR workflow improvement Assist in employer branding and internal HR initiatives Office Management Oversee daily office operations, facilities, vendor management and procurement Prepare administrative documents, reports and maintain filing systems Handle office setup and workplace management for the HK office Requirements 3–5 years of hands‑on HR experience in Hong Kong Strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and payroll practices Experience independently handling work visa documentation Comfortable working autonomously with strong execution and ownership Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Experience in fintech, financial services or startups preferred Proactive, organized, resourceful and hands‑on working style Why Join Us Take ownership of HR & Admin functions for the Hong Kong office Work closely with senior leadership and regional HR Key role in supporting the expansion of a fast‑growing fintech business Excellent growth potential and exposure to multi‑region operations Job Details Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level Employment type : Full‑time Job function : Human Resources Industries : Software Development and Financial Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Obita by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
