Senior Project Quantity Surveyor

Senior Project Quantity Surveyor (Building) We are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to support our building projects by preparing and monitoring budgets, managing cost control, and administering contracts on site. Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing. Prepare and review tender documents, SOR, BOQ, and cost estimates. Evaluate variations and manage change‑control processes. Negotiate and administer contracts with clients and subcontractors. Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at construction sites. Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction, preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to large‑scale or high‑profile projects. A proven track record of managing cost control, contract administration, and final accounts on complex projects. Strong command of contract forms commonly used in Hong Kong building projects (e.g., HKIA standard form of building contracts, GCC Forms of contract). Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to present and justify recommendations with clarity and confidence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants and subcontractors. We are an equal opportunity employer.
