Purpose of role
The Presentation Trainee is responsible for crafting professional and persuasive PowerPoint presentations for our clients. If you are passionate about creating visually captivating presentations that make a lasting impact, this entry-level position is ideally suited for you.
Key responsibilities
- Follow clients' instructions exactly and accurately process clients' projects, working within strict time constraints and deadlines
- Communicate and interact with clients in a professional, positive and courteous manner
- Effectively use the software outlined below to create and produce completed documents using templates, charts, graphs, complex tables, formulas, macros and mail merges. Use job tracking software to log in and out of all tasks assigned for internal tracking purposes
Personal attributes
- University student in any disciplines (Year 1 or Year 2 students are preferred)
- Good command in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to use any Adobe applications (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is a plus
- Flexible working hours but willing to work on Sunday
