About the Role You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaborationand applying your professional knowledge and expertise tobuild a strong risk culture across Bowtie, ensuring we operate within the risk appetite of the company.The risk team has opportunities to immerse themselves in a fast-paced startup environment and togain hands-on experience in developing and applying the risk management framework within aninsurance company. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be working side-by-side with people from different teamsand backgrounds, whether it’s with our security engineers to understand modern cybersecurity exposuresor our marketing team on risk assessment of new ideas, you will be an integral part of the riskmanagement function. At the core of this, you’d be responsible for: YourKey Responsibilities Include: Helping to build the unique risk culture of Hong Kong’s 1 st virtual insurer Applying quantitative and qualitative approaches in risk management per governance policy Supporting the production of Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reviews and processes Understanding of Hong Kong’s regulatory environment and the application of relevant guidelines Building automated processes to apply governance policy and requirements On top of gaining hands-on experiences, you will also get to see the bigger picture and be involved indecision-making process.
