Senior Analyst – Investment Fund Management Join to apply for the Senior Analyst - Investment Fund Management role at Aurex Group. A leading global industrial real‑estate platform is seeking a high‑calibre Senior Analyst / Associate to join its Investment Management team in Hong Kong, focusing on a high‑quality Mainland China logistics portfolio. This is a buyside role supporting a sizeable, growing platform investing in modern logistics and industrial assets across key Mainland cities. Key responsibilitie Support annual asset plans, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and portfolio business planning for the Mainland China portfolio Perform financial modelling, portfolio return analysis, valuation support and performance monitoring for existing investments Conduct market and economic research on Mainland China logistics and industrial markets, including tracking transactions and capital markets activity Prepare high‑quality materials for internal and external stakeholders, including board papers, quarterly and annual investor reports and presentation decks Contribute to portfolio‑level ESG initiatives and related reporting for investors and industry benchmarks Candidate profi 4–6 years of experience in real estate investment, asset / investment management, corporate finance, valuation, or related field Strong analytical skills with solid financial modelling and accounting knowledge; prior exposure to real estate or infrastructure assets is highly preferred Full fluency in Mandarin with excellent written and spoken English; able to draft professional‑standard reports and presentations in English Proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and confidence working with new or unfamiliar topics independently Collaborative team player, comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deliverables Location and application Location: Hong Kong, with focus on a Mainland China logistics property portfolio Potential for the role to be based in Shanghai Employment type: Full‑time Seniority level: Associate #J-18808-Ljbffr
