Global Financial Trade Bank regional team; Visa is provided; Job Requirements (MUST HAVE) Degree/ Master Degree in Computer Science/ related field; A minimum of 12 years of professional experience as a Java Backend Engineer, with expert-level proficiency in Java and its essential JDK classes or packages, including Java Collections and Concurrency; Proven expertise in designing and developing high-performance, low-latency trading systems; Strong understanding of trading products like Spots Trading and various derivatives; Hands-on coding skill in JAVA; (MUST) Our client, a leading global Trade Finance bank, is currently seeking a Chief/ Principal Engineer to be stationed in Guangzhou, China -a key financial business district. This onsite role requires working with the major development team and taking ownership of building their trading platform. In addition, the position involves stakeholder engagement, where the candidate will pitch strategies to business investors. It also demands strong expertise in showcasing technology best practices to senior executives, including ED and CEO-level leaders.
