Position Overview Forum is our content‑creation business. We produce research through industry interviews that allow institutional investors to make better and faster investment decisions. We conduct in‑depth interviews with senior executives and industry specialists to unearth critical insights and generate unfiltered transcripts. Our 175‑strong industry‑aligned team covers over 18,000 public and private companies, applying data‑driven factor models to identify where capital is most likely to be deployed. Responsibilities Perform research on industries and businesses in the Pan‑Asia region, focusing on Australia, Southeast Asia, and India, to source and identify the most relevant individuals for moderated interviews. Engage these individuals to invite them to participate in our research, ensuring insights are relevant and fees are within budget. Build a professional network and monitor the relevant markets/companies in the assigned sector areas according to Forum content coverage strategies. Work under tight deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different global offices. Additional Information about the Role The format is a 1‑hour industry interview between our sector analyst and one industry expert. The associate collaborates with the sector analyst to source industry experts. Upon assignment, the associate conducts desktop research and sources experts via LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, our database, etc., and contacts them—primarily via cold call—screening background, assessing fit, and convincing participation. The role is outreach‑heavy, fast‑paced, and metric‑oriented; the goal is to schedule 14‑16 industry interviews per month in the first year. What’s in it for you? Fresh graduates must have a GPA greater than 3.0. Qualifications Fluency in spoken and written English. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Prior work/internship experience (0‑2 years) is required; curiosity, drive, and ambition are valued. Immediate availability desirable; December 2025 and January 2026 joiners prioritized. Additional Information Competitive base salary of HKD 300,000 annually with bonus scheme. Vacation: 15 days (increases to 20 after 2 years of service).
