About Our Client Our client is a large organization in the Insurance industry, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence in technology. Job Description Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with operational requirements and the target operating model. Assist in managing medium-to-large scale feasibility studies, impact assessments, and project implementations, with a focus on operational initiatives such as claims transformation projects. Support business process reviews across Operations by streamlining or re‑engineering workflows, evaluating current processes, and researching and recommending new systems or workflow solutions to enhance efficiency. Drive continuous improvement and maintain a customer‑centric approach by identifying opportunities through analysis and developing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with subject matter experts across various business units to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate and facilitate post‑implementation reviews as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations and/or project management. Experience in system implementation or project coordination within the financial services industry is highly advantageous. Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with proficiency in presentation, documentation, and facilitation. Ability to clearly document processes and concepts in an organized and understandable format. Self‑motivated and decisive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Adaptable to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
