About the team Systems Planning & Development Section (SPD) is responsible for EUC development and security control. System Development Team is mainly responsible for planning EUC systems development, investment, development and installation of EUC systems for internal users and outside customers, maintaining a User Help Desk, arranging internal training and UAT support for users, troubleshooting and maintaining developed EUC systems, and controlling and updating development related documents. Role requirements Assist managing business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Bridge business ends and IT teams to ensure requirements are addressed and validate technical solutions. Drive UAT exercise including preparation of test scenarios, test plans, test cases and pre-UAT QC cycles; manage UAT exercises. Execute and manage the Project Management Plan. Conduct routine planning team tasks (update documents, respond to inquiries/requests from Head office or related departments). Essential Functions Plan and manage system requirements, business documentation, functional specifications, communication plans, acceptance criteria, UAT cases, and related documents. Have a mindset to improve productivity and performance. Proactively and independently analyse work to improve quality and efficiency. Respect high standards of business conduct and integrity. Work experience, education and skills Degree holder in computer science, IT or related discipline. 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in banking system or application development; knowledge of banking products, SWIFT or Fast Payment System. Practical experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET or Restful API) and MSSQL. Experience in project management, SDLC, Agile or Hybrid approaches, including requirement collection, data analysis, design, documentation and problem solving. Knowledge of Azure DevOps Server (TFS), DevExpress and/or ServiceNow is an advantage. Good team player with strong communication skills; able to work independently with stakeholders and business users. Proficient in English and Chinese.
