This role is essential to unlocking the full potential of AI and driving forward our projects in the API and AI economy.
You will:
- Collaborate with our AI and product teams to design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Translate business requirements into well-defined AI prompts that guide models to generate accurate and contextually relevant responses.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of model outputs, identifying weaknesses and iterating on prompt designs.
- Document prompt patterns, insights, and best practices to scale our AI solutions.
- Work with developers to integrate prompts into production environments and maintain their effectiveness as models evolve.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, contributing to both business and technical discussions on how to best leverage AI capabilities.
- Strong interest in AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP): You have a deep curiosity about how language models work and how to make them perform optimally.
- Experience with AI Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with designing effective prompts for large language models like GPT or similar.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages: Able to script, manipulate, and test AI models in code environments.
- Understanding of AI frameworks and tools: Basic knowledge of OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills: Capable of identifying issues, diagnosing problems, and thinking creatively to solve them.
- Good communication skills: Ability to clearly explain prompt designs and their rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative and open mindset: Enjoy working with teams across different departments to achieve the best results.
- Adaptability: Enthusiasm for working in a rapidly evolving field and learning new technologies.

- Prior experience with fine-tuning or evaluating AI models.
