Assistant Vice President, IT Risk Management, Systems Office for Asia, Hong Kong Role at MUFG . Responsibilities Support IT, cybersecurity and third‑party risks, controls and governance matters for HK branch. Work with local team and regional team in IT and cybersecurity related initiatives. Assist the team to monitor and keep track on the vulnerability and security standards. Evaluate technology risk in application and infrastructure design, as well as the third party outsourcing vendors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on technology risk management to avoid any potential penalty by local regulator. Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as regulators and auditors. Manage branch risk items, audit findings & remediations and SII. Participate in cybersecurity initiatives in order to enhance staff cybersecurity awareness locally and regionally. Participate in cybersecurity initiatives in order to enhance staff cybersecurity awareness locally and regionally. People Self‑develop for continuous improvement. Maintain professional level qualification specified in HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework on Cybersecurity (ECF‑C). Other / Control Support regional office on cybersecurity areas including cybersecurity awareness training and vulnerability management. Manage and follow up IT related incidents and issues. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity risk areas, preferably in FI industry. Solid experience in technology risk assessment and system security controls. Good understanding of technology risk and information security best practices. Strong knowledge of HKMA Technology Risk Management and cybersecurity guidelines. Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Able to work independently with different stakeholders.
