Key Responsibilities Order Management: Provide in depth support and manage sales orders from wholesale and various platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Project Coordination: Assist in managing sales and promotion campaign, ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and goals align with sales objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, logistic, marketing partners, vendors, and department stores to streamline processes and implement integrated marketing initiatives. Sales Support: Provide after sales support, maintaining relationships with existing customers and offering product introductions and visual merchandising guidelines for new customers. Inventory Analysis: Provide sales performance analysis on product assortment and implement solutions to enhance performance and overcome obstacles. E-shop & social media: Maintain product listing at E-shops and regular posting of marketing content on company social media accounts. Requirements Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Over 2 years of experience in sales or marketing; a track record in working with lifestyle brands (e.g., cameras, backpacks, or watches) is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and knowhow with Shopify and/or CRM systems (such as Odoo) Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Strong business acumen with insights on local and regional markets; adaptable in dynamic work environments. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
