Reports to: Supervisor/Manager Key Responsibilities Team up with the retail management team for smooth shop operations. Encourage your team to meet sales targets. Be a customer service superstar. Address customer issues and complaints. Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness and safety. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Work collaboratively to achieve team goals. Key Performance Indicators Assist managers in delivering excellent customer service. Aim to minimize waste and markdowns. Prioritize health and safety. Track and report on marketing events. Participate in team activities and use customer feedback for improvement. Seek ongoing feedback from managers and peers.
