Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support the development and execution of digital sample processes. This role is essential in ensuring timely coordination, communication, and delivery of digital assets across teams and platforms. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in building and refining digital sample processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Coordinate and follow up on process milestones to ensure timely execution Collaborate with US counterparts on vendor material inquiries and updates Liaise with the digital sourcing team to manage 3D production delivery timelines Upload finalized digital assets to designated digital platforms, ensuring proper organization and accessibility Maintain clear documentation and tracking of digital sample progress and issues Support cross‑functional communication and alignment across teams Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project coordination, supply chain, fashion/textile, or related fields Relevant work experience in the garment field Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Familiarity with digital platforms and asset management tools is a plus Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Administrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
