Key Responsibilities 8x5 duty on telecom/data centre operations Building facilities monitoring (LVSB, UPS, FM200, CRACs, Chiller, CCTV security..etc) and centre operations maintenance routines Premises admission & work permits control IT/telecom asset management (In/Out/disposal) Supervise on‑site activities of facility contractors Emergency call‑out support to critical/major centre facilities malfunctions when happen Provide technical supports to IT/telecom system owners for equipment lead‑in Allocations of resources (Rack space, resilience power, cooling, LAN/WAN connections) Projects Centre operations workflow and E&M efficiencies optimization Facilities equipment upgrade, renewal, capacity expansion or retirement Co‑operate with system owners’ major system upgrade/capacity expansion projects Requirements 1 year experience in data centre operations is preferred Applicant without relevant experience will be considered as trainee engineer Applicant with Registered Electrical Worker (REW) grade A or above license will be considered as senior engineer Diploma or higher diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information/Communication technologies or related disciplines Attention to details, self‑motivated and able to prioritise response to incidents Good written communication in both English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin speaking How to apply: Interested parties please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now" or visiting our Website: (link removed).
