Responsibilities Develop effective working relations with clients and respond promptly and professionally to client requests Handle day‑to‑day administration of the Trust in accordance with the policies and procedures, including investments, distribution, annual trust review, termination and involvement in changes of trust structure Administer BVI / Hong Kong companies such as activation / change of director / shareholder / secretary, BVI economic substance reporting, BVI fees payment Issue fee invoices to clients and monitor fee collection status Understand clients’ needs and continuously meet with them to enhance service level Demonstrate strong commitment towards Trust Services and expertise in trust administration and other related matters Provide inputs and suggestions in workflow enhancement during Trust Procedural Manual review and assist in reviewing trust templates for the team Work with team members to enhance trust service standards and streamline workflow for trust administration Contribute to the business by identifying process improvements, including improvements in policies and procedures and other service innovation changes that improve client experience Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor degree or above, with Business Administration or Accounting preferred 7 years or above working experience in financial institution or professional firm, preferably with trust administration experience Member of HKCGI / Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner will be an advantage Willing to challenge status quo and apply non‑conventional ways to work to support the trust business Possess good inter‑personal skills, and is willing to take up additional responsibilities Good team spirit, with good analytical and communication skills Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken (Putonghua preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
