We are seeking high-calibre and self-motivated candidates to join our Trust Operation Department as full time. This position is responsible for proactive offshore company establishment, maintenance and trust account set up. Job Responsibilities Collaborates with the Registered Agent for offshore company establishment and maintenance; Assists clients with filling and documents update to Registered Agent and Authority in timely manner; Preparing operation documents of offshore company and trust establishment; Assists clients with formation of new trust accounts, preparing operation and documents; Assists securities and bank account opening process for trust account; Facilitates the process of transferring funds and assets of trust; Ensures account is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirement relating to governing documents; Assist in projects and regulated KYC/due diligence reviews and conduct KYC/due diligence to client; Maintain the proper filing system of contracts and operation documents; and Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time. Job Requirements A business, Finance, Law, Accounting, Business/Administration degree in Hong Kong or any major common law jurisdiction, with experience of having passed the financial related qualification exams will be an advantage; Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Good computer literacy and research skill; and Attention to detail, organised and self-motivated.
