Responsibilities Assist the Manager, Finance to prepare group financial reporting and consolidation for WKCDA and its subsidiaries. Prepare financial and management reports and analysis on a timely and accurate basis with illuminating and succinct commentaries. Consolidate, reconcile and validate financial information from multiple sources to develop forecasts, business and corporate plans, control and analysis to ensure business activities are conducted in accordance with budget parameters, cost guidelines, reporting principles and good governance. Streamline work processes on reporting and institute control procedures to ensure effective, efficient and timely reporting. Assist the Manager, Finance to compile the fixed assets register and oversee the bookkeeping of fixed assets in the ERP and internal control of fixed asset management. Support the Head, Financial Reporting and Manager, Finance on projects of new system implementation, system enhancement and development, integrating financial information needs across the business unit, implementing automation initiatives and digitisation transformation, driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis, as well as systems and processes. Perform any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority. Qualifications Recognised university degree with professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a relevant discipline. Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent (preferred). At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, auditing or accounting, preferably in a multinational or large organisation. Good understanding of the public sector in Hong Kong (preferred). Strong stakeholder management, leadership skills, sound judgement and impeccable integrity. Knowledge in ERP systems, financial modelling, business controls and management reporting. Project leadership experience in system implementation, process automation, digital transformation, maintenance, enhancement, testing and end‑user training support (preferred). Strong analytical skills, critical thinking mindset and business acumen. Detail‑oriented with creative and out‑of‑the‑box thinking. Team spirit and ability to act as a sound financial advisor. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Application Interested parties should submit a detailed CV on or before 19 December 2025.
