Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager - Developer As an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager , you will serve as a strategic financial advisor to various departments, providing valuable insights and analysis to drive decision‑making and optimize financial performance. Your role will be pivotal in aligning financial goals with operational objectives, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities: Manage the full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and month‑end closing activities. Prepare financial reporting pack to Group on a monthly basis. Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and assist the department head and delegated team members in managing and coordinating finance‑related matters. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, asset management, and lease agreements. Lead and handle annual and interim reporting work of the segment, as well as the statutory audited accounts, tax planning/filing work and loan compliance work. Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams, facilitating communication, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability for financial results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA / HKICPA) is a plus. 5 years of relevant experience with Big 4 audit firms and at least 2 years working on the property developer side. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present financial information effectively. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency. Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
