Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support marketing campaigns for clinics and in‑house products Manage and update marketing materials and POSMs across various formats Build and maintain brand presence across digital and social channels Support the planning and execution of events and ad‑hoc marketing initiatives Conduct analysis of market trends and campaign performance Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners Manage inventory records and assist with stock control Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documentation while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance Support management with ad‑hoc requests What You Bring Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field 1+ years of experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in beauty FMCG, pharmaceutical or medical industry (fresh graduates would also be considered) Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop is a plus) Organized, self‑motivated, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Interest in aesthetic beauty and medical products is an advantage Demonstrate behaviours that reflect our core values and employee mindset: Entrepreneurship, Multiculturalism, Flexibility, Trust, Excellence, and Authenticity Why Join Our Team?
