Senior Sales Director (Public Sector) We are OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd, an member of Ping An Group (平安集团) which is ranked 29th in Forbes Global 2000. We established our comprehensive financial ecosystem venturing in technology solution, authorized credit data, and financial institutes in Hong Kong. We are the builder of multiple major Government and Regulator’s projects in HK. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Sales Director (Public Sector) for our Application and System Integration services team in Hong Kong and overseas. Responsibilities Formulate the strategy for public sector business expansion and opportunities identification. Lead the large-scale public sector application development tender bidding. Replicate Ping An Group’s reference project and capabilities in Smart City, Smart Healthcare, Trade, Finance, AI & Cloud for local public sector senior management. Scope the complex project with our internal local, regional, and external resources. Recruit external partners, sub-contractors, and vendors for tender bidding and delivery. Familiar with local Government & public sector tender bidding process, engagement strategy, and winning tactics. Build relationships with senior officials and government management, not limited to IT. Accountable for achieving the assigned business objectives. Qualifications University graduate with well-written and verbal proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience. Preferred with business application solutions/services selling experience to public sector enterprises and governments. Proactive, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and willing to learn new technology/business/regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior-level executives. Resourceful with partners, sub-contractors, and vendors both local and mainland. Knowledge of mainland China 信创 technology landscape and capabilities is preferred.
