NGO-Program Manager, Capacity Building (Secondary Schools) 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from ConnectedGroup At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting a local non‑profit organization dedicated to capacity building and development of educators primarily within the secondary school space (local and international schools), in the search for a Program Manager. Reporting into senior leadership, the Program Manager will be responsible for conducting research and staying at the forefront of education trends, designing and facilitating programs for capacity building of education leaders, and shaping or enhancing existing programs. This person will work together with global partners and will continue to build relationships and communities with different local and global stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead research and inquiry‑based discussions to understand the education landscape and create opportunities for capacity building and growth amongst education leaders, as well as future program development opportunities. Support and actively participate in program design, aligning goals, assessments and follow‑ups, having capacity to adapt and adopt new practices, or introduce new initiatives Design and facilitate high‑quality workshops Partner with local and international experts to localize and co‑create content Gather participant feedback and evidence of knowledge application, and refine designs and facilitation to enhance effectiveness and demonstrate impact Requirements: Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in education, social sciences, public policy, or related. 5+ years of work experience, ideally in adult learning facilitation, professional learning design, or program management in education. Research experience, with capacity to implement findings into actionable strategies / programs Strong understanding of Hong Kong's education context, and diverse school structures. Having worked with secondary schools and educators is highly preferred. Excellent communicator with strong facilitator and program delivery skills. With the confidence to lead conversations with more senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the capacity to multi‑task and work with a range of diverse stakeholders.
