Procurement Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome) A premier global banking group is seeking a Procurement Operations Officer to be based in their Hong Kong office. This role will support the APAC sourcing team by managing vendor data within the central supplier system and facilitating the end-to-end purchasing workflow for regional stakeholders. Fresh graduates will also be considered Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end vendor profile setup in the central registry by coordinating with requestors, business partners, and vendors across APAC to gather necessary documentation and meet service level agreements. Collaborate with the local finance departments to validate and align new vendor information with payment systems. Aid the APAC sourcing function on operational tasks and contribute to the development of performance analytics and stakeholder presentations. Generate and circulate a monthly activity log to monitor all vendor registration requests. Serve as a point of contact for resolving inquiries from internal users regarding vendor records in the system. Preparing and delivering customized analysis to various business units as requested. Compiling and distributing Quarterly Performance Metrics reports. Assembling a recurring Management Presentation on a monthly schedule. Coordinating with head office IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related challenges. Proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancement, efficiency gains, and innovation. Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant professional background, ideally within banking or a related sector; familiarity with supplier management and data analysis is beneficial. Fresh graduates will also be considered. Proficiency with collaborative digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint) is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities in English and Chinese; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage. Meticulous with a capacity to handle concurrent tasks effectively and adhere to critical deadlines.
