Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the local market for wearable and accessory products. Define and prioritize product key unique selling points based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Liaise, communicate, and report to the regional office for product information, and adapt company strategy to local sales operations. Forecast and manage sales forecast and target quantity, and communicate with head office to manage stock and supplies, avoiding overstocking or shortage. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging specific to the local market, and manage product P&L. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust product strategy accordingly. Manage product lifecycle from preparation to launch to post-launch evaluation, ensuring successful local adoption and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product communication and customer satisfaction in the local market. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the local market, and provide insights to inform product strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field; experience in wearable and accessory products is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of making data‑driven decisions. Organized, detail‑oriented, and focused on driving measurable business impact. Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of the technology industry and trends is a plus. Proficient in English and Chinese is required.
