Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with client and business goals. Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams (including product, technology, operations, and client-facing roles) to ensure collaborative and efficient project delivery. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Conduct project reviews, post-implementation evaluations, and documentation of lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations throughout all project phases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on project management experience in technology, fintech, or financial services. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to work under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working across mainland China and Hong Kong markets is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications Professional project management experience in technology solutions for mainland Chinese financial clients. Deep understanding of mainland market dynamics, regulatory environments, and client operational practices. Exposure to both mainland and Hong Kong business cultures and project delivery contexts. Hands‑on experience in client‑facing or operational roles (e.g., customer service, implementation, business analysis) that enable deeper insight into user needs. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to bridge communication between regional teams and clients.
