Requirements:
Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation.
Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme.
Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work.
Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company.
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage.
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave, 14 weeks of maternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
