Sales and Admissions Consultant About the Role As a Sales and Admissions Consultant , you’ll be at the heart of EF’s mission to open the world through education. You’ll specialize in one of our overseas education and travel programs, guiding students and parents through their journey—from first inquiry to departure. You’ll also lead and mentor seasonal staff, including interns and part-timers, to support various projects throughout the year. This is a high-impact role with a clear career path toward leadership positions such as Product Head, Country Manager, or Regional Manager across Asia and globally. Programs You May Represent University Foundation Programs & Gap Year Abroad (ages 15+) Language Travel for Students & Adults (ages 18+) Your Responsibilities Achieve enrolment targets through consultative selling via phone and in-person meetings Meet daily KPIs (calls, appointments, consultations) Provide expert advice and support throughout the customer journey to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with EF’s global academic and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences Organize and host events such as seminars, fairs, school talks, and alumni gatherings Manage student administration including flights, visas, accommodation, payments, and documentation What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development preferred (fresh graduates welcome) Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus) International exposure (e.g., study abroad, working holiday, overseas work) is an advantage Experience in education or travel industries is a bonusPassion for travel, languages, and cultural exchange Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven Positive, flexible, and a strong team player Willingness to work weekends and attend offsite events when needed What We Offer 5-day work week Comprehensive medical, dental, and travel insurance Performance-based incentives and year-end bonus (up to 4 months’ salary) International work environment with flat hierarchy and vibrant culture Career development opportunities and clear path to senior roles Travel opportunities to EF schools and offices in 50+ countries Staff discounts on EF programs for you and your family Fun team events and celebrations throughout the year Ready to Join Us?
