Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Utilize data to forecast demand, and implement optimization strategies for inventory management.
• Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in stock takes periodically, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business / Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Distribution is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory control best practices.
• Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Solid experience with ERP systems such as SAP (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese).

Location

We have multiple work locations in Hong Kong; this position will be based in our Quarry Bay office.
