Territory Manager, Vascular

The candidate will be responsible for selling and clinically supporting products from the Vascular Division in Hong Kong and Macau. The products assigned will be from the Aortic, Interventional Radiology and Peripheral Intervention specialities. They are expected to be a resource to doctors and hospitals, working toward maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. They will establish a business plan and sales strategy to expand the customer base and contribute to training and educational programs for customers, and achieve the assigned sales targets. Responsibilities Develop a sound business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Develop, manage and execute sales activities in the assigned region. Handle day‑to‑day business issues, tenders and quotation preparation. Maintain existing customers and source potential customers. Clinically support cases in theatres and labs. Assist in managing warehouse stock levels and consignment stock. Prepare action plans for effective sales and customer management. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provide timely feedback on market issues to senior management. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports. Complete timely adverse event reporting when required. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Qualifications Degree holder with a major in science, business or another related discipline. At least two years of solid sales experience in the medical industry (preferred). Experience with vascular products is a strong advantage. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken). Proficiency in PC applications. Outdoor work required. Occasional overseas travel for training and meetings required.
