About the Role Report directly to the Founder and lead the financial management of a fast‑scaling startup. Combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution to ensure financial stability, compliance, and smart growth across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Develop financial strategies to support business expansion across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Advise management on corporate structure optimization, tax planning and risk mitigation. Manage company accounting, internal controls and compliance procedures. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and banks to ensure smooth financial operations. Prepare management reports, financial dashboards and investment proposals. Evaluate investment options and financial models for business scaling. Support the leadership team in making data‑driven business decisions. Ideal Candidate Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA qualification is an advantage. 8+ years of financial management experience, preferably in startups or SMEs. Proven experience in both hands‑on execution (e.g., accounting, cash flow) and strategic finance. Strong understanding of cross‑border financial operations between Hong Kong and Mainland China. Familiar with financial modeling, business planning and risk assessment. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; strong sense of ownership and reliability. Able to work independently with top management and think proactively for the business. Fluency in Cantonese and English is preferred; proficiency in Mandarin is a must. More experienced candidate would also be considered for a higher‑level position.
