Senior Finance Manager – Level 6 (Sourcing and Development Operations) We are seeking a highly motivated strategic communicator to join the Sourcing and Development Operations Finance Team. As a Senior Finance Manager you will partner with our Sourcing, Product Design, Development and QA teams based in Asia and the US and live the experience of seeing toys evolve from a concept to on‑shelf product Would you like to play a meaningful role in driving profitability and providing sound financial guidance to our business partners? A day in the life as a Financial Manager Provide recommendations and insights to Sourcing and Development teams based on analysis of a range of financial data. Serve as a key Finance partner to cross‑functional teams, building ad‑hoc financial models and presenting data‑driven guidance. Generate ideas for driving cost efficiencies across the business through analysis, driving cross‑functional discussions and identifying ways to improve business processes. Involved in budgeting and forecasting across several activities including managed expenses and tooling spend. Support the contractual financial requirements of in‑licensed partners by collaborating with Regional Finance and Business partners to understand drivers and communicate impact to Senior Leadership. Support the sourcing decisions of the Toy & Game part of the business to drive the mitigation of changes in duties and tariff rules and inflationary pressures. What you will bring 7 years of financial business planning and analysis experience in a consumer‑related product development or retail environment preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or related business degree. Ability to manage in a fast‑paced environment spanning two time zones (HK & EST). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to concisely and effectively articulate finance concepts and results to non‑finance partners. Experience with large‑scale financial systems and data management applications including Power BI (Power Query and DAX formulas), SAP and/or Business Objects a plus. #LI‑HYBRID Hybrid work model.
