The program focuses on networking and development to expand your professional network and build transferable skills. Who May Apply Current university students Recent graduates Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources related to the product ecosystem. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key product metrics and user behavior. Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to identify data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks. Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support product experiments, feature launches, and performance evaluations. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates. Ensure data quality and integrity by validating data sources and analysis results. Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Support the team in defining and tracking KPIs aligned with business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a digital product or e‑commerce/web3 environment. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R (plus). Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment.
