Key Job Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and develop business opportunities and client networks globally Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management Develop new markets through strategic initiatives Review and analyze market trends and scalability to help determine proper wholesale business strategies in each region Account Management Foster strong relationships with clients (both online and offline) Collaborate with Customer Service Department to maintain client satisfaction Oversee order fulfillment processes for seamless operations Website Operations Review and approval for online clients’ applications Analyze product performance and enhance active listings on platform Monitor competitors’ pricing strategies and implement effective sales and pricing strategies Marketing Channel Manage Search Engine Marketing tools and related marketing budget Coordinate EDM promotions targeting specific client groups Other Responsibilities Assist in various projects to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive consumer experience Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management Desired Skills and Experience: 4+ years managing B2B/Wholesale accounts, meeting sales targets; less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Wholesale Manager roles Diploma or higher in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related fields Experience with eCommerce backend systems is beneficial Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Capable of working independently and under pressure, while fostering teamwork to achieve company objectives We offer friendly team environment, good career prospect, also attractive remuneration package including discretionary bonus incentive, together with other benefits like five-day work week, flexible working hours, double pay, medical and dental insurance.
