Our client is a Hong Kong-based trading company seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Account and Admin Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing full-set accounts for small businesses while handling a range of administrative tasks to support company operations. Responsibilities Handle full-set accounting for 3 small companies (transaction volume is manageable). Record daily income and expenses, perform ledger posting, and reconcile accounts. Follow up with clients on payment matters and maintain clear financial records. Assist with administrative duties such as email correspondence with clients and partners. Liaise with accounting firms on behalf of the management for documentation related to new company registrations. Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting is essential. Proficient in using Outlook for email and scheduling. Good command of written English and Chinese for professional communication. Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in trading or SME environments is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
