Overview Senior Project Manager with total responsibility for the overall success of major projects, guiding teams through each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed client expectations and meet commercial objectives. Demonstrates mastery of business fundamentals—from products and systems to processes, tools and best practices—and collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while understanding their points of view. The role includes establishing effective reporting, communication and working procedures, setting clear objectives and quality control systems, leading a motivated project team, attending project meetings, submitting monthly reports, and monitoring project budgets, with a detail-oriented and structured approach. Maintains a client-first mindset by identifying needs, requirements and constraints, managing project revenue and payment cycles, and nurturing positive client relationships. Identifies business opportunities, surveys client needs to support PM proposals, and collaborates with other company business lines to achieve success through clear communication and teamwork. Maintains the legacy of excellence by building a network of professional consultants, managing vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, and identifying and mitigating project risks. Develops project-related reports, analyses and reviews on a regular basis. Skills include strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration under pressure with tight deadlines and high expectations. Responsibilities Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and view issues from their perspective. Lead projects to deliver outcomes that meet client and company objectives. Establish project structures for reporting, communication, and procedures; ensure clear objectives and quality controls. Attend project meetings, prepare monthly reports, and monitor budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks; develop and maintain project-related analyses and reviews. Manage vendor contracts professionally and in accordance with legal requirements. Support business development through client needs assessment and PM proposals; build relationships with other business lines. Qualifications Degree in any property-related discipline (or equivalent). 10 to 12 years of experience in design, construction or project management. Technology-savvy with experience using project management platforms. Good understanding of the legal environment for planning, commercial aspects, and delivery. Superior communication skills; ability to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives and decision makers; strong empathy and EQ; effective relationship-building.
