Our client is a leading insurance company. The Program Manager will lead a multi-year Cloud Migration Program . This role requires strong end-to-end program and project management expertise, vendor governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end delivery of small and large-scale projects within the program lifecycle. Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budgets. Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to prepare business cases for local and Group EXCO approval. Deliver program updates and presentations to senior management. Provide accurate reporting to Group and local PMO. Manage vendor sourcing, including RFPs and contract sign-off. Lead vendor governance and oversee offshore delivery teams. Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues early; propose solutions and contingency plans. Adapt to changing business and technical requirements effectively. Maintain analytical rigor and attention to detail. Drive continuous improvement in project quality and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or STEM disciplines. 10–15 years’ experience in consulting, business operations, or project management, preferably in financial services. Proven track record in large-scale change programs, ideally involving cloud technologies . Strong ability to deliver projects under tight timelines and manage multiple work streams. Skilled in anticipating issues and implementing innovative solutions. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred .
